ssh tunnelling
ssh tunnelling is an excellent way to tunnel insecure protocols through a secure communication channel. In this example, I’ll tunnel POP3 traffic using ssh. Traditional POP3 traffic, including username and password information, travels clear-text across the network.
It allows you to easily SSH to any computer (even behind NAT or firewall) if your computer has public IP address. I knew it could be done but I needed this short example to understand how easy it really is. (via Fuxoft)

onbeforeunload event (BODY, FRAMESET, window) (Internet Explorer – DHTML) is Fired prior to a page being unloaded (e.g. Close the current browser window, Navigate to another location by entering a new address or selecting a Favorite, Click the Back, Forward, Refresh, or Home button, Click on an a that refers the browser to another Web page, Invoke the a click method).

Unix Redirect Magic
Standard output/standard error redirect in variaty of unix shell is kind o magic.
Let’s have an example: redirect both standard output as well as standard error output do /dev/null.
Here are (some of) the solutions:
